How does the Kodak Alaris warranty work?

Kodak Alaris offers service for the Kodak Picture Saver Scanning System hardware through an Advanced Unit Replacement (AUR) program.

The AUR program provides technical support through Kodak Alaris Service. In the case PS50/PS80 hardware is determined in need of repair, Kodak Alaris provides a certified refurbished replacement unit using a third-party shipping courier. 

When the replacement arrives, simply exchange the hardware devices (NOT CABLES) in the shipment box. Utilize the third-party shipping service to return the unit.
